Dear Editor: There is one thing that really concerns me. Under the Companies section of your page, you list Superscape, a company that specializes in proprietary, platform-specific virtual reality software. They treat VRML as an after thought and aggressively promote their own technology. At a time when VRML is struggling to get of the ground, it seems like suicide to support a company that is promoting a directly competing technology to VRML. To make the problem worse, at the top of your page you have an ad that links people to a download page for a non-VRML browser!! Talk about a Chevy dealer trying to sell a competitors Ford...I have never seen such foolishness!! Furthermore, other VRML news sites have fallen victim to the strangle hold Superscape has on the VRML community...The VRML Repository, GB’s VRML News page, etc. etc.

As for me, I will only support non-proprietary platform-independent technology: VRML. We as VRML developers must stick together. You should remove that Superscape ad and put up a WorldMovers ad. Anyway, here’s hoping for a unified VRML future.
